SUBJECT: SERVICES OF A CAR RENTAL FIRM FOR 4TH
INTERNATIONAL TEXTILE EXHIBITION, TEXPO PAKISTAN
(26-28 May, 2023)
Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), an authority established for
promotion of trade and business, under the Ministry of Commerce, invites sealed bids
from Car Rental Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for
services of Car Rental firm for 4th International Textile Exhibition, TeXpo Pakistan (26-
28 May, 2023).
2. Bidding documents which contain detailed terms and conditions, method of
procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid.
evaluation criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are
available for the interested bidders at the office of Assistant Director (4 TeXpo Pakistan
26-28 May, 2023), Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), FTC Building,
Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. The bidding documents can also be downloaded from
www.tdap.gov.pk. The interested firms may submit the documents with a non-refundable
tender fee of PKR 10,000/- in shape of payorder/demand draft in name of "TDAP
Karachi". The bid validity would be of 60 days from the date of opening of bid.
3. Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure would be used for Open Competitive
Bidding. In the first stage only the technical proposals will be opened. Later, the financial
proposals of only the technically qualified firms will be opened. Financial proposals
should accompany a bid security equivalent to two per cent (2%) of the bid amount in the
form specified in the Bidding documents. Both the technical and the financial proposals
must be sealed separately. Trade Development Authority of Pakistan reserves the right to
reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time without assigning any
reason. TDAP also reserves the right to alter/modify the scope of work/BoQ's at any time
without assigning any reason
4.The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents,
must reach at the office of the Assistant Director (4th TeXpo Pakistan, (26-28 May,
2023), Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), FTC Building, Shahra-e-
Faisal, Karachi, on or before 12:00 Noon on Thursday 13th April 2023. Bids will be
opened the same day at 12:30 P.M. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website
at www.ppra.org.pk.
