PRE-QUALIFICATIONS OF FIRMS/ CONTRACTORS

1. Foundation University Islamabad invites application for pre-qualification

from well reputed firms/contractors who are an active tax payers list of FBR

for following specific categories of work.

Civil Work (Construction, Bricks & Tiles, Wood, False Celling, Electric

work and paint work).

b. Supply & Installation of IT Equipment

c. Supply & Installation of ACs.

d. Supply & Installation of Fire Alarm and Fighting equipment.

e. Provision of funiture & furnishing work.

f. Provision of Office equipment and stationery and Computer accessories.

g. Surgical equipment.

h. General Order Supplier.

i. Supply & Installation of Solar Systems (Registered with PEC).

Medical Bio Medical/Dental equipment & material

Maintenance of Passenger Elevator.

2. The firm contractors interested are required to submit applications

highlighting following details along with applications by April 07, 2023:-

a. Profile of the company/firm

b. Details of similar projects undertaken during last five years.

c. IT returns of the company for last three years.

d. An affidavit on stamp paper that the firm/ company has never been

black listed by any department/institute

3. The competent authority reserves the right to reject application without any

reason. Category of work to be mentioned on envelope.
