NVITATION TO TENDER

TENDER NO.296/LUBRICANTS /FOR/NLC/2023

1. Sealed bids (containing two separate envelops, one

marked as "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and second

marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" (on Single

stage one envelope bidding procedure) are invited|

for supply of Lubricants on FOR basis.

2. Tender will be submitted on through NLC E-

Procurement Software and hard copy of complete

tender at NLC Head Office, Hardinge Road near

AFIRM Hospital on or before 27 January 2023 by

1100 hours which will be opened on the same

day at 1130 hours. Interested firms can register

themselves through NLC website www.nlc.com.pk

and apply online tender (Compulsory)

3. Bid Security 500,000.00/- and tender fee

Rs. 2,000.00 must be provided (soft copy online and

hard copy with technical offer) otherwise offer will be|

rejected

4. A pre bid meeting is planned at HQ NLC Harding

Road Near AFIRM Rawalpindi conference room on

17 January 2023 at 1100 hrs to clarify any queries,

questions and corresponding replies.
