1. Wih reference to the Annument Hotioe reterred above, all prospecbve indvidual
Consutants/Fems are ntarmed that the previous procurement process was ANNULLED n
acccrdanoe witlh PPRA Ruke-33. All he indvidual Cansultants/Frms who parbcipated in the
said biddng process are here by requested to collect their sealed Financial Proposals thiough
their auhorized representative, preferably before January 16, 2023.
2. The National Highway Authorty (NHA) intends to engage Consuitant tor hring of consuliancy
services for contract specisistteam leader for Dispute Resolution Cell (DRC).
3. RFP documerks can be downioaded from NHA's wabste (www.nha.govpk) rae of cost or
the same can be purchsed from the office df General Manager (P&CA), NHA-H,
Isiamabad during workng hours and working days by wrben request on oansultark lefier
head accomparied with pay ordey/demand draft amounding to Rs. 1,000- (Non-Ratundable)

4. A Pre-Propasal Conference will be held an January 18, 2023 at 1100 Hours in the NHA
Audtonium (H2) Islamabad.
Biddng wi be carried cut by adopting "Single Stage Two Envelopes" procedure. The
Proposals compete in al respects, in accordance wth the instructions provided in the RP
document, h sealed envelopes should reach on or before January 31, 2023 1130 Heur
in NHA Audtorium, 28-Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad and be dlearly marked "Hiring of
Consutancy Services for Gontact Speciafist/ oam leoder for Dispule Resoltion Cel
(DRC)
6 Al Fims/ndvidual Consutants are required to submt their proposal stricty in accordance
to Instuctions to Applcarnts 0TA), Data Sheet of ITA and RFP Nodce. Proposals must be
prepared in hard book bindng form to deny the possblity of addtion or romoval of page(s)
7. The Technical Prop0sals shal be opened on the same day at 1200 Hours, whereas the
Financial Proposals of the tocnicaly quaiied fams shall be opened aflor flializalion of
achrcal evaluaton. Othr details are provided in the RFP
8. The Fiemsindivdual Consultants providing unsubstantdated andjor incorect information are
