Valid registration with SECP, FBR/KPRA, PEC, DRAP, etc, and other mandatory Registration/licenses from Recognized Bodies are mandatory List & CVs of permanent staff employed by the company to construction profiles only) List and cost of projects in hand, including the name of the client and scope of work. Detail of projects successfully executed stating nature, magnitude, and complexity within the last 03 years. Financial statements (audited reports) for the last three (03) years. Certificate from the bank{s) showing the confirmed line of credit along with bank references and with Average annual turnover for the last three (03) years. List of warehouses(if any) Litigation history with departments (if any).
