TENDER NOTICE
CONSTRUCTION OF D-TYPE APARTMENTS AT
DHA QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN
Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta intends Engaging PEC& DHAQ registered
Contractors (C5 and above) for construction of D-Type Apartments (Grey Structure
only) in Sector A at DHA Quetta.
Interested Firm/ (s) may collect Tender Documents during office hours with effect
from 25 September 2022 to 05 October 2022 from the office of the Director TP&BC, DHA
Quetta, on submission of written request on the firm's letterhead and payment of
prescribed Bid Document Fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 25,000- per set in favor of
DHA Quetta as Pay Order
Sealed Technical" and "Financial" Proposal (One Original and two Copies) duly
completed in all respects should be submitted at the following address, not later than
15 October 2022

1. complete documents should be treated as non-responsive and rejected
Construction firms/Contractors (not registered with PEC and DHAQ) will not be eligible to submit
bid
3DHA Cueto reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any or all FMS as per the provision of
rides and regulations
