The Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Necelum on behalf of the Employer invites sealed bids in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules 36(a) Single Stage-Single Envelope bidding procedure from the eligible Films Contractors Persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year, 2021-22 and endorsed in PWD AJ&K department in the appropriate category mentioned against cach work in column 5 below with Specialization Code CE-01 for the following works.A Foreign bidder is entitled to participate in the bidding only if having a joint venture with any Pakistani Construction Firm in accordance with the relevant provisions of PEC by-laws. Bidders desirous to bid as Joint Venture must get prior approval from the Employer for bidding as joint venture. New Kashmir Development Programme:
