The detailed specifications along with terms and conditions have been set forth in the
Tender Document, which can be obtained from the Institute on
Payment of Rs. 1,000/-Non-Refundable (Stationary Charges) for each LOT separately,
in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order in favor of Rector, PAF-IAST Haripur.
• In case of Tender Document is downloaded from the website www.paf-iast.edu.pk,
the Bid should be submitted along with a Bank Draft/ Pay Order of Rs. 1,000/-Non-Refundable
(Stationary Charges) for each LOT separately. No bid will be accepted without a Tender Document
fee.
The bid security @2% (Refundable) of the total bid price of the LOT being participated in,
shall be submitted with the bid in form of CDR in favor of the Rector, PAF-IAST Haripur
The Tender should reach the office of Convener Procurement Committee PAF-IAST on or before
Tuesday, March 21 2023 @ 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day after 11:30 AM. The
The tender is being executed as per KPPRA Rule 6 (2)(a) "Single Stage, One Envelope Procedure"
The PAF-IAST reserves the right to increase or decrease quantity OR reject any or all bids as
per KPPRA's
rules.
Errors and omissions, if any, shall be subject to rectification by the Institute.
