TENDER NOTICE FY 2023-24
1. Sealed Tender Quotations are invited from Govt license holder
Chemists/Druggists/Contractors having suficient (5 years) experience
of supplying quality medical store items to Armed Forces Insttute/Govt
Institute to supply "LOCAL PURCHASE MEDICAL STORE ITENS ON
DAILY BASIS", for FY 2023-2024(1st July. 2023 to 30th June, 2024)
2. Local Purchase Contract terms and conditions and application forms can
be obtained for Rs. 3000 (Non-Refundable) in the shape of bid fee from
Officer Incharge Medical Store CMH Malir during office hours before
06 February, 2023 on any working day.
3 Tender's Quotations in sealed evelope (Single Stage Two envelope
containing financial as well as technical proposal in separate envelope)
should be marked on the top as "TENDER FOR LOCAL PURCHASE
MEDICINES ON DAILY BASIS" and deposited by intending contractors
or the authorized representatives by 1000 hours on 07 February, 2023.
Tender will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day in the presence of
the all contractors/representatives (Technical Bid only) in CPC Hall CMH
Malir
4. Financial Bids will be opened at 1000 hours on 10 February, 2023 in the
presence of the all contractorsirepresentatives in CPCHall CMH Malir.
5. The board of offioer reserves the right to reject/accept any quotation
according to PPRARules. This advertisement can also be seen on PPRA
Website.
