Primary&Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed
hids from the eligible bidders for the "Procurement of Miscellaneous items (1.5 Ton Ac, 4 Ton Ac.
Pire &Safety System, Air Curtain, Color Printer With Extra Refills, Fax Machine Rte) for
"Establishment of Punjab lfealth & Wellness Radio Station".

The Bidding Document containing detalled specifications, quantity and TORs can be
downloaded from the Department's official website (www.pshealthpunjab.gov.pk) and from
PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). The prospective bidders must purchase bidding
document on payment of PKR. 1,000/- for each lot from the below mentioned address till the
closing date There is no bid security for this tender.

Single Stage- Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall be applied as per rule 38(2) (@) of
Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The envelopes shall be marked as "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL"and
FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" in bold and legible letiers
Sealed bids are reqjuired to reuch on or before 24 February. 2023 at 12:00 P.M positively
at HISDU, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab, 01-Birdwood
Road, Lahore. The bids received uil the stipulated date & time shall be opened at 12:30 P.M on
the same date in the presence of the bidders or their authorived representatives, who may choose
to attend. Late bids will not be entertainod.
NOTE The procurement shall be conducted as per PPRA Rules, 2014.
