TENDER NOTICE

Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) invites sealed bids from

reputed construction firms for "Infrastructure Development Works of Sectors18-C,

19-C and 4-C at KDA Scheme-33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Karachi (Package-I)" having

adequate experience in similar nature of work including roads, sewerage, water supply

and soft landscaping (parks and green belt). The firms should be eligible to handle the

work and should havo valid rogistration with PEC in Category C-3 & above, with rolovant

fialds of speciallization, having valid Incone Tax Registration with FBR.

1. Interested firms/bidders may purchase the Bidding Documents upto 01-02-2023

during working hours frorm office of the undersigned upon non-relundable pay order

of Rs.3000/-in favour of Fedoral Govornmont Employoos Housing Foundation.

Bidders may also downl oad Bidding Documonts from FGEHA'S wobsito.

Bidders will be technically post-qualified on the basis of intormation providad in the

Tochnical Bids as per criteria prescribed in the Bidding Documents.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 30-01-2023 at 12:00 noon in the office of the

undersigned.

Single Stage Two Evelopes (SSTE) Bidkding Procedure will be adopted. Envelopes

containing tochnical informalion o bids must b0 claanly marked asTochnlcal Bid

and the envelopes containing the Bid Price must be clearly marked as "Financial Bid."

The envelopes of Financial Bids must be accompanied by 3% of NIT amount as Bid

Security in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Schedulod

Bank in Pakistan or from a foreign bank duly counter guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank

in Pakistan in favour of Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation with

an undertaking in Technical Bid that Bid Security is sealed with the Financial Bid.

Partial, incomplete and oonditional bids will not be considered.

Technical and Financial Bids are to be submitted at the address mention ed below

by 02-02-2023 by 12:00 Noon. The envolopos containing Technical Bid shall be

opened on the same date at 01:30 PM in the office of the undersigned in presence

of bidders or their authorized representativea

The envelopes of Financial Bids of the bidders who tail to post-quality shall be

roturned unopened.

The decision of FGEHA shall be final and binding on all the bidders. FGEHA shall

not entertain any daim whatsoever for cost(s) incurred by the bidders for preparation

and submission of the bids.

 The envelopes of Financial Bids of only responsive and technically qualified firms

will bo opened in prosonce of biddors or thoir authorizod roprosontatives at dato and

time to be determined and communicated later

All the applicable Federal/Provincial Taxes must be considered while preparing the

financial proposals and are required to be built in the quoted rates. The bidders

provlding fako, falso, and forged information shall be llable to disqualification and/or

blacklisting

12. This advertisement is also available on PPRA and FGEHA websites. FGEHA

reserves the right to reject all of the bids as per PPRA rules.
