Directorate of Sanitation, CDA, Islamabad invites sealed bids for the following work for a period of One (01) year from the interested Firms or Consortium / Joint Ventures, holding GST, Registered with the Sales Tax Department & FBR, and with relevant Authorities and having machinery & experience in the field.

1. The bid shall comprise a single stage of two envelopes (containing two separate envelopes). Each envelope shall contain separately the Financial and Technical proposal. The envelopes shall be marked as “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” and “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion [PPRA- Rule 36(b)]. Initially, only the envelope marked “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” shall be opened, and the envelope marked “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” shall be retained in the custody of the procuring agency without being opened. The second envelope containing Financial Bids will be opened later, the date of which will be communicated to the successful bidders of Technical Bids. Financial Bids of non-qualified / non-responsive technical bidders will be returned unopened.
2. The Earnest Money in the shape of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the Deputy Director Sanitation / DDO Sanitation shall be attached to the “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL”. In case of failure, Bid Documents will not be considered.
3. Machinery as above ought to be Owned / Leased by the bidders.
4. The Contractors / Firms can obtain Tender Documents along with BOQ, Terms & Conditions etc. from the office of the Deputy Director Sanitation, Directorate of Sanitation, CDA Street No. 49, Sector G-6/1-4, Islamabad on any working day during office hours up to 28.11.2022 on payment of document fee of PKR.10,000/- (non-refundable) through Cash.
5. The proposal/bid will be received till 11:30 am on 30.11.2022 and Technical bids will be opened at 12:00 noon on the same day in the presence of bidders / authorized representatives of the bidders to witness the Tender Opening in the office of the Deputy Director General (Civic Management), CDA located in Directorate of Sanitation, CDA, Street No. 49, Sector G-6/1-4, Islamabad.
6. The firms providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information are liable to legal action and or disqualification.
7. Further clarification, if required, can be obtained from the Deputy Director of Sanitation (Phone No. +92-051-9223171) or visit the Directorate of Sanitation CDA on any working day during office hours.

9. The Sanitation Directorate, CDA reserves the right to reject all bids at any time before acceptance of an offer or proposal [PPRA- Rule 33(1)].
