Proposal for Hiring of Services of Insurance Companies for Centralized Group life
insurance policy of PARC Employees
Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) intends to hire the Services of reputable
Insurance Company with a rating of AA & above for Group life insurance af PARC Employees who
fulfills and meets with the terms and conditions given in the tender document. The insurance
company firms should be secured with the State Bank of PakistaryšECP whichever is applicable
having valid NTNISTN, License, authorization, etc from GOP
The tender document containing terms and conditions and legality criteria can be
obtained by the interested insurance companies on written request along with pay
riverbank draft amounting to Rs. 2aaa (nonrefundable) in favor of PARC, Islamabad from
Directorate of Procurement (Raam No. 231) PARC, Islamabad. The interested insurance
companies IMS agencies those eligible to accomplish assignments and abide by the
prescribed terms and conditions of the tender document may submit their proposal in the
separate sealed envelope (bath technical financial) with 2 bid security total bid price and
profile etc which should reach PARC before 15-03-2023 by 11.00 hrs. The bids will be
opened on the same day at 11:30 am at PARC HQ, Islamabad in the presence of insurance
companies, firms, or their authorized representatives who may wish to attend the meeting at
the occasion. No tender will be sold on the date of opening The participating companies
however, will require to give a pre-proposal presentation to member committee/board of
trustees PARC
PARC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or may cancel the tender at any

the time prior to acceptance of a proposal. However, as per PPRA rules, PARC shall upon request
communicate to any insurance company, agency/firm that submitted a proposal, the ground
for its rejection of proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
