TENDER NOTICE
Request for Quotation for Purchase of Dignity Kit & Mosquito Net
Norwegian Red Cross intends to purchase 1,600 Dignity Kits & 4,700 Mosquito Nets for the
Pakistan Red Crescent Society's in Peshawar-KPK
0ffer (including technical and financial documentation and offer), sample of dignity Kits &
Mosquto Nets and Bid Bond documentation of 2% of the quoted cost, should be clearly
marked as "for Dignity Kits& Mosquito Net)" and submitted to Norwegian Red Cross
Pakistan Regional office by 1:00 PM, 26th January 2023.
Offers received after this time/date, incomplete offers and/or offers without Bid Bond and
sample, will be disqualified. Financial&Technical offers will only be reviewed for qualified
vendors upon the approval of altechnical documentation required and sample verification.
The tender documents with further detail's can be requested from 17th January 2023 to 25th
January 2023 during office hours (09:00-17:00 Hrs), via email (only) sent to
sarmad.bilal@redcross.no
Norwegian Red Cross reserves the right to accept/reject any/all offers without providing
further justification.
