TENDER NOTICE
1.Combined Military Hospital Mumee Hils invites sealed quotations/bids from well
reputed and security wise cleared and registered with Ministry of Health, Govemment
of Pakistan firms/ chemists/ druggists having valid license for provision of medicines
surgical disposables for the Financial Year 2023-24 (1st July 2023 to 30th Jun 2024)
2.Quotations in sealed envelope should clearly mention rebate in percentage on retai
prices and envelope to be marked as "TENDER FOR LOCAL PURCHASE OF
MEDICINES AND DISPOSABLE ITEM ON DAILY BASIS FOR FY 2023-24". The bid
shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes. each envelope
shall contain separately TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL
PROPOSAL
Sealed tender should reach this office latest by 1000 hours on 31 Jan 2023. Tender
will be opened on same day at 1100 hours at conference room. CMH Murree in the
presence of authorized representatives of firms/companies.
4. Tender documents along with terms and conditions are available after deposit of
Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) in favour of Commanding Officer CMH
Murree non-refundable from office of Medical Officer Incharge, Medical Store CMH
Murree from 15 Jan 2023 to 30 Jan 2023 during working hour (0800 to 1500 hour)
5.All documents wil be scrutinized throughly and any bidders submiting incomplete
documents wll not be eligible for contract
The committee has right to reject one or all bids prior to the acceptance in accordance
with PPRA Rule 33(1).
7.Chemists/ druggists applying for contract will deposit eamest money of Rs.50000/
(Rupees Fifty thousand only) in the form of bank draft (refundable) in favour of
Commanding Officer Combined Military Hospital Murree Hills alongwith application
