The District Administration, Multan invites sealed bids from firms / Sole Proprietors/
Event Management firms registered with Tax Authorities for Hiring of Services for
Tentage Catering& Food ltems, Lighting/ Generator and Transport During
Pakistan Super League (PSL-8) Cricket Matches expected to be held at Multan
Cricket Stadium Multan. Eligible bidders may get the Bidding Documents with
detailed specifications after submission of written application from the office of The
ADC (F&P), Multan along with tender fee of Rs.1,000/- (Non-Refundable) which
shall be issued only during working hours immediately after publication of this
tender. A tender notice is also available for information and can be downloaded
from the websites of www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
The Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be applied. Deadline
for obtaining Tender Form is February 01, 2023 during office hours.. No Tender
will be issued after the closing date. Bids must be delivered to the address below
at or before 1300 Hours February 02, 2023. Late bids shall be rejected. The bids
shall be opened on the same date February 02, 2023 at 1330 in the presence of
the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below. All Bids
must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of estimated cost (Within the limit of
5% as per rule 27 PPRA Rules 2014) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand
DrafuPay Order in favor of Deputy Commissioner Multan with the Financial Bid,
without this, the offer shal be rejected being non-responsive.
District Administration Multan will not be responsible for any cost or expense
incurred by Bidders about the preparation or delivery of Bids
Note: All assessments and procuring procedure i.e. receiving. opening and
awarding etc. shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rulees-2014. In case
of any conflict between Bidding Documents and PPRA Rules 2014, the rules shall
prevail
