INVITATION OF BIDS
1. Sealed bids are invited from Suppliers/Manufacturers/sole distributors, (having
vast experience in Laboratory items registered with Income Tax, GST and whose
names are on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR) on "Single Stage two envelope
basis"
2 Detail of Consumable's list, specification, quantity, Terms & Conditions are
mentioned in the tender documents, which can be obtained on provision of demand
draft/ pay order of Rs. 3,000/- (Non-refundable) in favor of NUMS from the
address given below on any working day from 12 January 2023 to 30 January,
2023.
3. The Last date for the submission of bids is 30 January, 2023 up to 11:00
Hours. The technical/financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hours
in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives (who may choose to
be present)
4 Bid security i.e., 2% of the tender amount (Refundable) in the shape of bank
draft/ pay order in the name of NUMS must be attached with the bid documents.

The competent authority in NUMS reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
