AUCTION OF SCRAP MATERIAL
Sealed Bids for the auction of miscellaneous scrap consisting misc. oquipments,
ore motors, seraped vehicles parts, ACs and furniture etc, on as is where is basis a PCSIR
Head office, 1-Constitution Avenue, Sector G-5/2. Islamabad are invited from interested
parties
The terms and condition of the auction are mentioned as under-
. Opening of Sealed bids for the auction will be started in presence of the interested
participating parties at 12.00 pm on 31-01-2023.
Interested parties can inspect scrap materials up to 27-01-2023 on any working day
from 10.00am to 2.00pm
Demand drafpay Orde Cash amounting to Rs.10000/ as earnest money in favor of
PCSIR wil deposited aong with copy of CNIC by each party by 27-01-2023
100 AM The Demand Drafpay OrdeeiCash will be released to the unsuccessfu
bidders afer the auction process
The successful bidder () shall deposi 25% of the total amount of bid money in cash
on spot and the remaining amount within three days afer final approval of the
disposal committee failing which the 25% deposited amount and earnest money shall
sMand forfeited.
Auction will continue on eonsecutive days excluding gazene holidays of any), in case
the auction is not competed in one day.
6. Any item mentioned for the auction can be excluded before the start of auction
7. The successful bidder shall clear the site at its own expense within three days of the
auction.
The auction committeelkompetent authority reserves the right to reject any or all the
bids as per PPRA nule without assigning any reason in writing
